Never too early to start marking your summer beer calendar.
Next year’s Omaha Beer Fest will be open from 6 to 9 p.m. July 6-7 at Horsemen’s Park, 6303 Q St. Tickets go on sale March 1.
For 2018, the festival will have live entertainment after beer-tasting hours.
The festival, previously held at Stinson Park in Aksarben Village, moved to the infield at Horsemen’s last year. Organizers said the new location would give the festival more room to grow.
In a press release, event director Christy Harris said last year’s festivalgoers appreciated the ease of parking and extra space for craft beer vendors.
