Oregon State University will once again offer brewing courses as part of its Professional and Continuing Education (PACE) series to assist those already in or ones entering the brewing industry. Three of the courses slated for the first half of 2018 have been announce and includes Craft Brewery Startup Workshop, Origins of Beer Flavors and Styles, and Beer Quality and Analysis Series.

Last year we took part in the two-day Origins of Beer Flavors and Styles and found the course beneficial in exploring and learning about the broad spectrum of beers. Once again for its spring session it will be held here in Portland.
