Birmingham Winter Beer Fest Tickets On Sale Now

BIRMINGHAM, AL - Birmingham's craft beer scene has exploded over the last 10 years, and some of the country's most popular and successful breweries are right here operating in the Magic City. In fact, the entire state of Alabama has seen its craft beer industry grow exponentially with critically acclaimed brews made in Huntsville, Mobile and Gadsden, in addition to Birmingham. To celebrate the craft beer boom, the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex is hosting the 2nd Annual Birmingham Winter Beer Fest February 3.

The first festival last year was successful and brought in breweries from all over the state and beyond, as beer enthusiasts were able to sample hundreds of varieties of craft beers. As well, the event includes the Sam Adams Brew University sessions, for beer enthusiasts to learn more about craft beer.

This year's event is from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m., and tickets range from $40 to $80. General admission includes a souvenir, 2-ounce sampling mug, a full color festival guide, a sampling card, live entertainment and access to the Sam Adams Brew University sessions. Tickets can be purchased on the event website or at the door the day of the event.
