Caveberry Cocktail
• 2 oz. Big Boom Straight Bourbon
• 1 oz. lemon juice
• 1 oz. simple syrup
• 1 tsp. cranberry preserves
• 1 oz. club soda
Garnish: fresh cranberries
Method: Combine bourbon, juice, syrup, and preserves into an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into an old fashioned glass with crushed ice. Top with soda, and garnish with fresh cranberries.
