Odell Brewing turns 30 in 2019 and is celebrating with the release of four beers.

The Fort Collins-based craft brewery announced it will put new spins on its Wolf Picker IPA, Mountain Standard IPA and 180 Shilling. Odell is also introducing a fresh grind double IPA called Hammer Chain.

The new Wolf Picker IPA just hit the market and features an experimental hop called Strata that brings notes of grapefruit, peach and mango. The beer is available in can six-packs and in bottles in the brewery’s Montage variety pack.

Odell plans to release a new Mountain Standard IPA recipe in March. Though that beer had been a black IPA, it will now be pale in color and tropical in taste. The new Mountain Standard IPA will join Odell’s year-round offerings and is available in can six-packs.

The brewery will also bring back 180 Shilling in March as part of Odell’s Cellar Series. The double version of the brewery’s signature trademark beer 90 Shilling was last released five years ago. 180 Shilling will be available for a limited time in single 12-ounce bottles.

Odell also plans to introduce a new brand in its fresh grind double IPA called Hammer Chain. The limited release beer due in May is based off the success of Odell’s year-round fresh grind IPA called Rupture. Both use fresh hops ground in the brewery with a custom hammer mill.

Hammer Chain will have a tropical fruit flavor, and the limited release beer will be available in can six-packs.

“Here at Odell, innovation is in our DNA and we believe that the next great beer is just around the corner,” Odell COO Brendan McGivney said. “We’ve spent the better part of 2018 planning and pilot brewing for these new releases, and we couldn’t be more excited to share them with our fans.”
