The Day Of The Living Ales Returns (Chicago, IL) – This Saturday March 2nd the Chicago Beer Society will be presenting the 2019 Day of the Living Ales at Chicago’s Bottom Lounge, and if you care about cask ales you need to be there. This year’s two-session extravaganza will feature cask conditioned ales from breweries all around Chicagoland. As always, casks at Day of the Living Ales are handled by CBS’s experienced cellarmen, trained in the UK to ensure that you get the full cask experience and drink beer the way it was always meant to be enjoyed.
