Spring forward to summer in our latest collection of new beers for 2018…And we’ve five exciting craft beer directions that you might want to chase down as we approach May.

A Mexican Standoff (Boynton Beach, FL) – Unlike so many breweries cranking out simple Mexican lagers for Cinco de Mayo (May 5th), Due South Brewing has crafted up something uber-aggressive. The perfect blend of heat and sweet, Due South Mexican Standoff is a robust and earthy 8.5% ABV Porter brewed with vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon, and an abundance of chili peppers!

Sam Adams Rocking It! (Boston, MA) – The Boston Beer Company is returning a summertime favorite that was inspired by the classic Radler, which is traditionally a mix of lager and German lemonade. Brewed to mimic this unique Bavarian-style, Samuel Adams Porch Rocker is a 4.5% ABV Helles Lager brewed with a blend of fresh lemons to create a crisp, refreshing and slightly tart finish.

Laboratory Approved (Covington, KY) – On April 28th, Braxton Labs, the experiment arm of Braxton Brewing, will be releasing a Citra take on the whole ‘Hazy IPA’ thing. Braxton Labs New England IPA Citra is a 7% ABV India Pale Ale that uses pilsner, white wheat, and oats to give it a smooth, hazy base that allows the Citra hops to shine.
