Built on the foundation of Wild Heaven’s hugely popular light pilsner with lemongrass and sea salt, Watermelon Emergency Drinking Beer is a 4% ABV summer refresher that brewed with (you guessed it) hand cut and juiced watermelon.
Things Get Even Stranger (Denver, CO) – On the 4th of July Strange Craft Beer Co. it’s fifth annual batch of a popular limited release. Strange Craft Watermelon Hefe is a 5.5% ABV German-style Wheat Ale that was brewed with more than 660 pounds of organic, hand-cut fruit per 10-barrel batch.
Ruby Brews day (Austin, TX) – We were pretty damned excited to learn that Austin’s Uncle Billy’s Brewery just released a new summer seasonal with a heritage that can be traced to mid-18th century Germany. Uncle Billy’s Texas Ruby Red Radler is a 3.6% ABV fusion of a bright European–style Golden Lager and Texas ruby red grapefruit juice.
A New Crush (Salisbury, MD) Evolution Craft Brewing has a crushable kettle sour that’s available now on draft and will eventually be making its way to cans. The perfect beer to toss in your cooler and enjoy throughout the day, Evolution Day Crush is a 4.7% ABV Session Sour with a mash bill of over 50% wheat and a silky smooth mouthfeel.
Locally Picked And Locally Brewed (Redlands, CA) – Hangar 24 is now offering one of their most popular year-rounds in a new look can. Brewed with fresh-picked whole oranges from Redland’s world-famous groves, Hangar 24 Orange Wheat is a 4.6% ABV American Wheat Ale that’s primed and timed for summer’s soaring temperatures.
