Cascade Ups A Kriek (Portland, OR) – Cascade Brewing just released this year’s iteration of one of the brewery’s earliest and most recognized sour beers. Deep red in color, and maybe the best version they’ve released to date, Cascade Kriek 2017 is a 7.7% ABV blend of sour red ales aged in oak wine barrels for up to 17 months with more than 16,000 lbs. of fresh Bing and sour pie cherries.
