    seems like an improvement if anything, no? Cargill is a mega ag tech company so I would imagine a european cereal grain coop would be a more conscientious purveyor of malts

    It has other uses. Char it dark and you can't taste the difference.

    Cargill produced some nice malts but I always wondered why they were so expensive. I could buy imported malts for less; and they were a huge corporation. Whatever. I won't cry.
