Can you believe it has been a year since we had our first soft opening? We want to thank everyone for their support over the last 12 months. To celebrate, we have some fun things planned throughout the next few months.

Green Dragon

The first part of our one-year anniversary celebration is a new beer release at Bier Station on October 26. We collaborated with our friends at Bier Station on a New England Style Pale Ale called Green Dragon. This is the first beer we will have on tap at a location besides our tasting room. Stop by Bier Station on Friday, October 26 starting at 5pm to get a pour of Green Dragon.

Saturday Beer Release

Our fridge will be packed again this weekend with multiple to-go options, including:

  • Clouds Double IPA (DDH Citra): Available in 16oz cans.
  • Biere de Ferme (Wild White): Our barrel-aged sour dry-hopped with a special blend of hops that call to mind aroma and flavor notes that are interestingly similar to Sauvignon Blanc wine; thus the name “wild white”. We will have this in 22oz bottles.
  • Holstein Milk Stout with Vanilla Bean and Oddly Correct Coffee – We put an extraordinary amount of Madagascar vanilla beans in this batch of Holstein and rounded it out with Oddly Correct Coffee Roasters “La Cueva” coffee from Honduras. For those that attended Boulevardia and Festival of the Lost Township, this batch of Holstein is similar to what we brought to both festivals. This will be available in 16oz cans.

Stop by our tasting room starting at noon on Saturday, October 27, to try these beers on tap and get them to-go.

Friday hours in Nov & Dec

Starting November 2nd and through the month of Dec., our tasting room will be open every Friday from 4pm to 8pm.  We will keep normal hours on Saturday 12 to 7 and Sunday 1 to 5pm.

Additional space

Many of you have asked about our growth plans. We are taking possession of additional space on the first floor of our building on November 1 and, pending final permits and licenses, have plans to build our sour beer barrel aging program in this space. This will be a slow process to bring these beers to market, but one that is well worth the effort and time!

Collaborations

We’ve got some fun beer collaborations lined up in Nov. that we’ll be announcing soon and should be pouring at some point in late Nov. and early Dec. Stay tuned!
