Black Bottle Brewery: Scuba Steve

This 66-IBU IPA uses Simcoe, Crystal, Mosaic and El Dorado hops. The year-round offering has a 6.6 percent ABV.

C.B. & Potts: Big Red IPA

This 65-IBU IPA won a 2007 North American Beer Awards gold medal for the seven-store brewpub chain. The brewery operates under the title Ram Restaurants, as an ode to the Colorado State University mascot.

Coopersmith's Pub & Brewing: Punjabi Pale Ale 

This 64-IBU IPA named after the Indian province was first brewed in 1990. The 6.8 percent ABV beer heavy on Cascade hops has stood the test of time, claiming a silver medal at the 2016 World Beer Cup.

D.C. Oakes Brewhouse & Eatery: Coconut Almond Porter

The 5.5 percent ABV porter is conditioned on toasted coconut and almonds. The brewpub features veteran head brewer T.J. Compton, previously of C.B. & Potts and Denver's Lost Highway Brewing.

Equinox Brewing: Space Ghost IPA

This 78-IBU beer is an American-style IPA that was first released in April 2012. The 6.4-percent ABV beer is heavily dry-hopped.

Funkwerks: Tropic King

The 8-percent ABV imperial saison was originally designed to be a hoppier version of the brewery's flagship saison, but an accidental addition of extra bags of Munich malt changed the original recipe and intentions.

Gilded Goat Brewing: Citrus Hour

This 5.8 percent ABV kettle sour features pineapple flavors and is made with Brettanomyces. The brewery launched earlier this year.

Horse & Dragon Brewing: Sad Panda

This 6.8 percent ABV stout is infused with coffee. The beer with a strong chocolate and vanilla aroma is part of Horse & Dragon's year-round lineup.

Intersect Brewing: Keys to the Kingdom

The 4.8 percent ABV kolsch is brewed in the classic German style. The year-old brewery is kid-friendly and is musically-themed.

Jessup Farm Barrel House: Wheelhouse

This bourbon barrel-aged brown ale checks in at 6.3 percent ABV. The brewery operates on an old farm reurposed as a retail development.

McClellan's Brewing: Kilt Tilter

This 6.2 percent ABV Scotch ale/wee heavy is tapped in a cask and is the brewpub's flagship ale. The brewery honors ancient European brewing styles.

Maxline Brewing: Irish Red

This 6 percent ABV Irish red has been an early favorite from this year-old brewery. The beer is one of Maxline's flagship offerings.

New Belgium Brewing: La Folie

Fat Tire may have made this brewery famous nationwide, but its New Belgium’s sour program that keeps it hip with beer geeks. This 7 percent ABV barrel-aged sour brown ale is part of the brewery’s Lips of Faith series. La Folie features a blend of beers aged one to four years.

Odell Brewing: Jolly Russian

While Odell is known best for its hop-forward beers, this 13.3 percent ABV Russian imperial stout limited release earns consumers' top ranking. The 45-IBU stout is aged in rum barrels and was previously known as Russian Pirate.

Pitchers Sports Restaurant: Sunset Amber

This red American amber ale isn’t overly malty or hoppy. The Pitchers Sports operation began in 2013.

Rally King Brewing: Cit-ra-licious

This 70 IBU IPA takes the brewery's house Surfer IPA and adds grapefruit flavors. The beer has a 7.7 percent ABV.

Snowbank Brewing: Cranknbrew

This 40 IBU coffee pale ale is infused with Ethiopian coffee beans. The beer has 5.5 percent ABV. Snowbank was founded in 2014 by Nebraska native Dave Rosso, an electrical engineer who designed parts of his own brewery.

Soul Squared Brewing: Belgian Blonde Ale

This 7.5 percent ABV beer is one of the brewery’s three flagships. This brewery operates out of a Fort Collins farm and offers a CSA beer share program.

Three Four Beer Co.: Notorious H.O.P.

The 6.7 percent ABV hazy IPA is brewed with Azacca, Citra, Zeus and Cascade hops. The brewery currently employs the town's lone female head craft brewer in Linsey Cornish.

Zwei Brewing: Dunkel

This Munich-style lager won a 2010 Great American Beer Festival bronze medal. The beer uses a German pilsner, toasted and roasted malt with a Bavarian yeast.

Note: Fort Collins' newest craft brewery, Purpose Brewing & Cellars, specializes in small batch beers and doesn't plan on replicating any of its brews.
