Soured with Odell’s own home grown mixed culture which balances the funk of Brettanomyces with the tartness of lactobacillus, Onolicous is 6.5% ABV blended Sour with a deep, complex flavor tempered by its exotic fruit profile, including tamarind, which is seldom used in brewing.
Gold Rush (Hood River, OR) – pFriem Family Brewers has a new summer ready release that’s golden! Brewed with bright El Dorado and Oregon grown Amarillo hops, pFriem Golden IPA is a 6.8% ABV West Coast-style India Pale Ale with dynamic fruit flavors of kiwi and ripe raspberries.
Pairs Well With Sand In Your Toes (Bend, OR) – 10 Barrel Brewing has a new summertime release that was inspired by the season and coastal excursions. Brewed with ripe guava and a sense of adventure, 10 Barrel Coast Trip is 5.3% ABV Cream Ale that’s light, refreshing and cooler-ready.
Wave If You Like Beer & Coffee (Portland, OR) – Breakside Brewery is making waves with a new beer that was crafted using single-origin Stumptown coffee and avoids the obvious moves. Opting for an amber base beer (as opposed to a porter or stout), Breakside Fourth Wave is a 9.6% ABV Vienna-style Coffee Beer that was aged to perfection in specially curated Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels for more than 14 months.
Moscow Muled (Durango, CO) – Ska Brewing will soon be releasing its 23rd anniversary beer and this one’s inspired by a famous cocktail. Brewed with spicy ginger and the freshest lime to create the flavors of a traditional Moscow Mule, Ska MoSka Mule is a 6.12% easy-drinker that will pair perfectly with long summer days.
