University of Washington introduces Craft Beer Certificate Programs

The University of Washington, Tacoma is happy to announce that it is launching a Craft Beer Certificate Programs starting this fall. UW Tacoma, which just happens to be located in downtown Tacoma’s historic and recently reborn Brewery District, will offer a practical, hands-on approach to provide students with a strong understanding of the key concepts, tools, and techniques required to excel in different aspects of the craft brewing industry. A common introductory course provides the background to pursue any or all of the other, specialized certificates.

Here is more information directly from the school. You can find out more information, and see the program requirements on the program’s website here.
