A pop-up kitchen operates three nights per week.

Pabst Milwaukee Brewery and Taproom once again serves food with the addition of a pop-up kitchen operated by Great Lakes Galley.

The kitchen will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, with Thursday, Sept. 6, marking the opening day, according to a news release.

On Friday nights, chef Jon Marraccino will offer a fish fry, including fried cod and perch, as well as broiled cod. Customers can also opt for a brewery tour and fish fry combination, a $20 offering that includes a pint glass and beer.

When the kitchen is open, Pabst will serve classic pub foods like a cheddar brat, a galley burger, fried cheese curds and a Bavarian pretzel.

“It’s exciting to partner up with the fine people at Great Lakes Galley to once again offer food at Pabst Milwaukee Brewery and Taproom,” Adam Powers, Pabst general manager, said in the release.

The brewery and taproom are located in a 145-year-old building at the original Pabst complex at 1037 W. Juneau Ave.
