Yuengling Brewery Donates $50,000 to Support Hurricane Relief

Pottsville, PA – Richard “Dick” Yuengling, owner of D.G. Yuengling & Son, Inc., announced today that the Yuengling Brewery will donate $50,000 to the American Red Cross for hurricane relief.

“Our hearts go out to those who have been impacted by Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Harvey’s destruction,” said Richard “Dick” Yuengling.

In an effort to support victims who lost their loved ones, homes, and are without basic amenities because of the recent hurricanes, the brewery invites consumers, employees and partners to join in and support by donating to the Red Cross through their website, www.yuengling.com.

“This donation will help with relief efforts and continue to help in recovery efforts. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone, including our employees, who have also been affected,” said Wendy Yuengling, chief administrative officer. “Please join us in supporting those communities that have been impacted.”
